Big Cats and my critter cam lure-bait

:]( *,) This is my 6th year of trying to get a snap shot of one of the 7 panthers in my county here in S.C. we have only 508 sq.mi. in abbeville and I have covered most of the general area with 7 wildview camers over the last 5 to 6 yrs. I've used fish, chicken, dog food, cat food, bob cat urine, cat gland, cat passion and a product called ALL NINE, it reads a cat will give up all nine lives to get to IT. Well guess what, no photo yet. however I have found tracks that are 5 1/2 " dia.. I have talked with some of the local folks,my family, and my friends that have sightings to report. Most of the cats were described as being jet black but some were described as gray, tawney, rusty-red with one being dark brown. There has been pairs seen also ,, black ,, one was about 60 lbs. and the other was maybe 35 lbs.,, one pair was seen trying to mate-- gray and dark brown possible both were over 100 + lbs. The last pair seen and reported to me was in Dec.07 Mr Calvin Ellis of Calhoun Falls sc described to me as both cats were black one was about 100 lbs. and the other looked like a large calf with a big head as it leaped from the roadside and up over a fence.

keep checking where u see the tracks every few days they should come back around if they are still there females and males will keep some what of a pattern you should be able to get a pic if they are still there they like too travel trails ecspecially where it is thick foilage check trails that arent traveled too much and brush out all tracks with a branch that has leaves on it and check every other day relegiously for three weeks if you cant see trackson account of hard sod put some lime powder down on the trail for a few feet if u got lions in your country they will leave tracks lions arent going too take bait to much unless very hungry hang a piece of tin foil or a turkey feather in front of your camera
