IfI'm understanding you correctly, it sounds like you drew. There should be a 2010 400 series number for your application. If you drew there should also be a 500 series number alongside 2010 resident or nonresident elk
Unfortunately it does little for me this time, I had four choices on this one and an "if unsuccessful" choice...I better just wait, but I am confident I got my first choice again...I better, I am using up all my point for it!
If you're lucky enough to be on private land and can leave your stand up during the off season you can tie an old piece of cloth or something of the sort to your stand. I like to use an old camo bandana that I have. That way the deer get used to the movement and eventually don't bother even looking up when there is slight movement. This may just give you the time to draw your bow or raise your gun without being detected.
