Well didn't have much time and only spent one day hunting but didn't do too bad. Winds were extreme as usual for Wyoming approaching 30mph and making shots difficult. My son missed his first shot due to the wind early on and then decided to pass on the next opportunity as he didn't feel comfortable with the shot due to wind and distance. I ranged the buck at 460 but he moved in to about 425 before I settled in to shoot. I guessed about 24" for the wind but over did it a little and hit just behind the ribs quartering forward. Fortunately antelope aren't very tough and he was down for the count right there anyway. My sons next chance came as we saw one bedded on a hillside. After a long stalk around we were able to get above and behind him. We came over the top of the hill and he was able to get a 100 yard shot off the shooting sticks. All in all a great one day hunt.
