I checked this out, not sure if its worth the$114 for "low Population areas" but I havent really deciced yet. I am also very happy that their are OTC elk tags its a big step low pop. or not. it could be fun.
for me this was a dream come true for a few people that has never drawn a tag in az . i .was not only fortunate enough to draw in unit 5B south in 06 but to take a fairly nice bull 5x4 and then not drawing in 07 so when the o.t.c.tags came available iwas one of the first to get one. living in an area were i can drive with in 2-3 hours of all the units and the closest being 4B 40 min. away gave me a chance to go locate and watch over the holidays and with that in hand was able to get an adult cow and still be good for the draw and if lucky be able to give to a make a wish orginazation
