2014 Regs

The regs for the 2014 deer hunts, and other subsequent hunts, will be available in booklet form in May according to the sign in my local toy store.

Question

How does the state of Arizona distribute their tags between residents and non residents? What I'm referring to is what percentage goes to the Non-Residents of all available tags per species. Thanks!!!

I have not applied there yet,

I have not applied there yet, but I THINK it's about 10% of the tags go to Non-R's, 90% to Res.......

Trick

The trick is to apply with a Resident and have them listed as hunter #1 on the application.

I don't know if it's an actual trick but it seems to work for me.

Arizona Elk

Arizona can bea very frustrating state with very limited opportunity for the non resident but offers great trophy potential.

I'm an Arizona resident but for more hunting opportunities I look to Wyoming. Just thought I'd throw that out there.
