Well season started in oregon on Aug 28th. I took my wife out for her first ever hunt. we had fun but we did not get any animals, we put 3 stalks on deer but got busted. it was a learning experence. hopefully my next trip will be better as the elk should be in full rut. How was your start?

Sounds good. Was your wife hunting with a bow or along for the hunt? I was wondering what kind of bow she had. I'm looking at buying one for my girlfriend. She probably won't hunt but she has said she would shoot a bow with me. Just wondering what kind she has and if there are any she didn't like?

Yea she was hunting too. it was her frist time ever hunting. I got her the Diamond Razor's edge bow package. it goes for $329, it actually a very nice bow. it com in camo or pink camo. it shoots up 308fps, has draw adjustments from 18-29 and weights from 30-60lbs.

I'm not familiar with that bow. Is Diamond the manufacturer or the model of bow? It sounds like a good bow to grow into for a woman hunter.
Where did you buy it? Locally or through the internet?

If you cant find it at Dicks, try cableas online to read up on it, you can also order it from there, like i said the whole package was $329
