It just makes sense as a way

It just makes sense as a way to control the deer population especially in a high people populated area where the chance for a car and deer accident is high.

It gives bowhunters more

It gives bowhunters more opportunity to get out and hunt. It's perfect if you have a buddy who owns more that 5 acres in the city. They were wise to conduct a managed hunt as compared to all out hunting in the city. Sounds like they're doing it the right way.
