Archery footage, and did you ever hear a fox make this noise ????

We just put together a short promo video from our footage from 2010 - make sure you listen with the volume up to hear the fox calling.  It's in the begining and in the middle.  I never heard that noise before......

I don't know if you're

I don't know if you're actually looking for comments other than on the noise at the beginning, but I'll tell you my impressions.

First, no, I haven't heard a fox make that noise before. You had a few great shots of that fox - maybe there was more than one. I always laugh when I see them pounce on a mouse like that. Always reminds me of a cat.

Second, I guess I don't get what the "promo" was all about. Was this clips from a video series that you are going to be putting on the Outdoor Channel or something? I didn't get the connection between the title, Working Man's Hunter, and the short, choppy clips that kept repeating (especially that grouse in the road - I thought you were going to have him dancing for a minute there).  :>)

I got it that you are family people and are planning on getting your kids involved in hunting; that's really great!

I got it that you like those mechanical broadheads that put a big hole in that very bloody deer lying in the snow.

Other than that, I guess it just wasn't my style. Oh, and I didn't care for the music - but everybody likes different music.

Like I said, maybe you weren't looking for my opinion, but that's just how it struck me.

I do think you have the equipment and the talent to put a good hunting video together, and I think I'd like to see a longer clip of an actual hunt. I like watching them - with different music of course. Tell you what, you put out a good hunting video for us to watch and I'll turn the volume down and just watch.

 Thanks for the report.

Hey C_Carr, are you on

Hey C_Carr, are you on another site, more northeast oriented? Yes

Just read your post on that one too.  Thought the title of the thread looked familiar.

Never heard a fox make that noise before.

I have to say I agree with

I have to say I agree with jaybe on this one!  I see a lot of potential, but the music really turned me off, the clips were way too fast, and the really bloody deer didn't do anything for me either.

I have never heard a fox make

I have never heard a fox make that noise. As far as the promo video I thought it was average at best. I would have included more hunts in it and toned down the music a bit. It looks like you have alot of potential to make some pretty good videos though. Good luck. The hunting video industry is really cutthroat.
