first year picked up a unlimited archery tag for antelope... been having a rough time.... was teal hunting this morning and saw the one i have been after going over a hill and i knew right where he was headed.....

left the ducks got the bow and a 2hr stalk later i was 24yards from him and he never saw it coming.....

now this is my first antelope and i think he is pretty solid but i dont know going to try and tape and score him tomorrow... what do you think

That's a really nice antelope. If the background in the photo is the same terrain you stalked him in, then I'm impressed.

Contratulations!

i really was on my belly for the last 50 yards... using a slight draw and he came right over the top 22yds took two steps and was just looking the wrong way.... there is a little bit taller grass behind the camera

Great job! I've been watching a couple every day that look very similar to yours. I only have to get within a 150 yards though...muzzleloader. Hope they are still around after rifle season.

Are those horns about 15" high? Nice bases.

Excellent job and great looking buck! My hat is always off to archery guys who have to stalk in close to muley's and antelope bucks. Very tuff and a high degree of hunting/stalking skills, a true art. Thumbs up

Yeah, and I had tag soup Fri morn after my last stalk on my arch tag!!! Had committments this weekend so I could not hunt the last two days of the season.

Though I will agree that all my muley hunting over the years helped a ton on stalking the pronghorns! I had ops at does on many occasions, just wish I had on that last day!!!! Brick Wall,)

Congrats on that beauty! I would guess 73"
