Just wondering if people are seeing more deer than usuall around where they usually arent. Around my area it is usually all moose and this year there are tonnes of deer people are starting to hit them there are so many. Just thought Id see if its any different anywhere else. Thanks.

Definitely the highest densities are around houses in my area as well. It makes sense for the deer to do that because there is no hunting pressure, abundant food supply, and few natural predators after them. It is only a matter of time before the predators get brave and move in closer as well.

Deer and moose don't seem to co-exist well so if the deer get a foothold the moose may get more scarce. I saw the doe road kill pic. It reminded me of a nice doe I saw road-killed here and she was fully preg. as well. sad
