It means some of those driving Idiots don't use their breaks....
All kidding aside, No. I don't think it indicates an early snow season, If anything
it's probably just an indication that the wildlife have starting to prepare for the winter months
causing them to move about a little more than usual. That's my opinion...

Bruce: would love to tell you; "your right" but I can't. What I have observed this summer is strange. I truly believe what took place last winter, set a presitent for this winter. The starvation and death from bird to deer was the worst I have seen in over 16 years. I love to snowmobile, and what I saw in the 4000 miles ridden last season, was HEARTBREAKING. What I go through up here EVERY year, makes me sick. All the respect in the world for BOW hunters. A learned craft, but none for the WANNA BEES. Trigger happy iiiots, that give a bad name to all who know there shit. I spend half the season feeling liek Wyatt, than anything else,,,,Like I said; go hang out at a report station, and see what you find.
Everybody; be safe and pay attention

Hey BUFFALO, my wife is from the burbs of Buffalo, Hamberg. Her family is still there and we go back often. I camp and hunt at Allegany State Park. Bow camp there one week a year. The park is not as good as in the past but we still have fun. This year I'll be there from the last Wednesday of Oct. through the first Wednesday ov Nov. Not as many hunters in the last 5 to 6 years so I hope that the population bounces back. Lots of coyote there also I may give that a shot this year while I am there. Good luck to ya, GO BILLS
