anyone got info on these guys

have you ever herd of "north american hunting club". i get a paket in the mail from them once or twice a year, i usally throw it away, today i actully read what they had to say. sound like a big fat SCAM to me. they claim once you become a member they send you product to test in the feild then when you submit your reveiw on the products you get to keep them for free. for $12 a year i dont see them sending anything worth using to your door step. Whistling they send you a magazine as well, if the magazine is a good one that would be worth the $12 alone. but it still spells scam in the back of my head!!!!!!! dose anyone have any info on these people. i love the way they send goofy usless sh*t to try to get you to join there club. but who knows maby they might send a dozen carbon express to the door step for free, Laugh lets hear some opinions..

Do you have a quarter to toss in the air to decide if you want to become a member there or not? I joined them about 15 years ago thinking that I might get some junk to test out but after 3 years I never received a thing except for some books that I didn't order and had to send back so I never renewed. On the other hand I have a friend that claims to have received 3 or 4 things to test out for them in only a couple of years. So you never know. I have no idea how they determine who gets stuff and who doesn't, perhaps I was on the bottom of the list and my friend was towards the top. That always seams to be my luck.

You do have to request to be put on the list to be a tester. I was sent Caldwell's Shoot-N-See targets to test. Bigest problem with this group is that they are forever sending you unsolicited things like calendars and books. I am a life member and am about ready to cancel my membership over this practice. The magazine is only so-so,in my opinion.

I used to get mail from them about once every other year. Haven't seen anything from them in a while. Never thought it was worth it. I prefere to give my financial support to DU, RMEF, and NRA.
