Yep, shoot a "Royal" LB by Wes Wallace. 64"/51# at 28" (My draw is only 26.5 making it right about 49#)

Like shooting the Carbon Expres Heritage 150, topped with a 125g Magnus two blade, for a total weight of 555g Thumbs up

Another traditionalist

Just joined today. Looking for like minded folks particularly in the Canby/Pdx Oregon area. Planning to hunt east next season but would like to find hunting grounds within an hour or so drive for day hunts.

I like to hunt anything - bunnies to bears. Not very experienced but working on it. I have a son who hunts but, alas, shoots compound only. I am a promiscuous hunter - I prefer trad, but will use a compound on occasion - even been known to fire a round or two from a firearm.

I shoot a Bear Grizzly recurve #50 at 28". I have made my own before and plan to make another this winter and use it as my main hunting stick. Vine maple is a superb bow wood. The Bowyers Bible series is .... well, my bible.

Looking to converse with other archer out there.

kinda sorta

Very cool. I'm not much of an archery hunting sort of guy, but I did win a long bow shooting contest at the Ren. Faire a few years ago ;) That's gotta count for SOMETHING! lol
