Never seen anyone on here discuss it, but in one of my forums that is based up in New England, there are a few of the guys that do it. Pretty neat idea. It should work as long as baiting is allowed in your area.
It's not illegal everywhere, and is actually quite common in some areas. So, it was good to ask. It looks like it's a fun thing to do, as long as it's legal. Some of those guys come up with some interesting contraptions.
