Im not sure if you can still apply for the first draw here in wyoming...You might see if you can still do it online...But even if its too late for the first draw you can look at getting any leftover tags. We usually have 2 weeks before the rifle season to stick one...If that doesn't work then you can always bring along the rifle...Typically here we set up on water holes with blinds and have fair to moderate success. Some people use decoys and blinds out in the open.

Here in Idaho Antelope archery tags can be bought over the counter and there is plenty of public ground to hunt them on.
