African Heads are at the Taxidermist

Well, after much waiting along with jumping through hoops and everything else that comes with bringing home trophies my trophies are sitting at the taxidermist shop in Clifton, Co.

That is all but a few items.  I had the inner cores of the kudu horns polished, the black wildebeast tail made into a type of fly swatter, and the bleastbuck done as a euro in Africa.  I'll get some pictures of the items later.

Now the long wait begins.

Very Cool

Jim,

I was lucky enough to see them when I was in scoring a 380" bull brought in by the same outfitt that brought in the 396" bull. your critters will be awesome when they are mounted.

It takes time for a artest/taxidermist to mount the skins and horns onto the forms.  I don't even expect to hear anything until at least this coming June and perhaps even later in the summer.
