Glocks are not my favorite pistol. But, I would not go so far as to say they are crap without having any specifics. Having owned a G23 and having shot many 9mm, .40SW, and .45 Auto Glocks I will say they are a very reliable and accurate handgun. They sure shoot nice, and they are a hell of a lot easier to clean than any other pistols I've ever fired. I'm just not a fan of polymer framed guns. I think they are horribly balanced and in larger calibers make recoil much worse than it needs to be. The only plastic handgun I ever really liked was one my dad bought me in the toy department of a Kmart when I was 7 years old. It was a 1911
Here is the scenario... you sit in your 2 piece climbing stand and your foot inadvertently bumps the lower section while there is no weight on it - and it slides down the tree, out of reach!
OK, you are safe - you have a string tied from the upper section that you are sitting on and the foot portion that slid 4-5 feet down the tree. All you have to do it pull the other section up, reposition it and you are back in business, correct?
