We're talking about ACORN. This is an organization that was blatantly committing fraud with voter registration. How are we to believe they'd be any different with the census that determines congressional representation.

I'm less concerned about ACORN being involved than I am the underlying issue of the White House taking over the Census anyway. If there's an actual good reason for it I havn't heard it yet. Has all the outward appearances of a good ol'-fashioned political power grab.. or at least the beginings of one. I've been saying this a lot since Obama took office, but I hope I'm wrong.

Sage I hate to be the one to state the obvious but the Executive branch does all that stuff. Congress legislates, Executive does, Scotus decides if it's all legal. I admit I'm not as up on the news or as knowlegible about what part of the government does what exactly as you appear to be, but I sincerely don't follow what you're saying.
