5BS is a great Unit for rifle bulls. Do your homework, and you could bag a 350-370 bull. Camping is virtually anywhere and everywhere, as it's all pretty much National Forest. Closest lodging is at Happy Jack, Flagstaff or Winslow. Lots of much needed moisture up there, so it should be a great year. Unit 5 is a favorite for both deer, elk and antelope. It's my backyard.
When calling coyotes, more often than not they will circle on a target they are
coming into and approach from the downwind side. Presumably they do this in
order to align what they smell, with what they are hearing.
This means that you should always have your downwind side camouflaged and have
an open shooting lane. If the area is heavily covered the coyote could come in
take a look and be gone, with you none the wiser.
