Just curious, How much you asking?

I sent an email asking the same question and didn't get a response.

I have a good idea of the land values in that area. I'm just curious how close it is to what I think it may be

I am amazed at people who use the internet or email for business purposes but then don't follow up with inquiries to them.

You want to sell a piece of property, but can't find the time to email a response or post a response to a potential buyers inquiry? Doesn't make sense to me.

It is 55 acres more or less, it hasn't been surveyed yet. We are asking 1,500 per acre. It is located near the Sac and Fox Casino off of HWY 75 about 4 miles west. Or about 7 miles north of Wetmore ks. It is a great place for big bucks and Big Tom Turkey's. It has a nice creek that runs through the property. It is heavily wooded and has larger deer trails through out the timber.
