I just got the CZ 452 Military Training Rifle and I am way beyond pleased with it. It's one of those rifles that has already gained permanent status in the gun cabinet. To me anyway it is the absolutely perfect 22 rifle.
Unfortunately, I've not had the time to really do much with the CZ. So far I have been pleasantly surprised by the rifle. Still need to smooth up the trigger a bit, but other than that, it seem pretty good.
Finally got around to cleaning up the trigger on the CZ American I purchased,
Between that and adjusting a bit of slack out of the trigger, I'm happy.
Nice little rifle and quite accurate out of the box. It would be interesting to play with several different brands of ammo to see what it really likes, but that ain't gonna happen in the forseeable future as a result of .22 ammo availability.
Thanks to all who helped me narrow down my choices.
Let me start off by saying I am not a farmer.
I am a deer hunter and I do own a tractor and have all of the equipment - but that does not make you a farmer any more than standing in the garage makes you a car - well, you get the picture!
Having said that - and with most of my ineptitude fairly well hidden - I do think that buckwheat is one of the most under rated cover crops out there.
I say cover crop because I see mixed results as it relates to the deer eating the plants.
