.22-250 VS .223WSSM

well i looked into it and the wssm isnt much better then a 22-250 really. i'm not sure if they will or if they can but if they come out with a .22-250wssm it will blow the dam doors of the .223wssm. so i say dont waste your money on one just sit back a year or 2 and see what happens Thumbs up

The 22-250 is here to stay which is more than I can say for the WSSM calibers. I think they are OK but lack the longevity.

i dont know if there not gonna last or not but i do agree with you in that the 22 250 is here to stay. theres absolutly no doubting that statement. its prob the most popular varmit caliber and prob the most versatile also.(in my mind anyways) Thumbs up

Guys, stay away from the 223 WSSM Talk to the Hand . There is a lot of accuracy issues surrounding that cartridge. Two guys at the Miramichi Sportmans Club darn near lost their hair trying to make those guns shoot worth a damn Brick Wall,) ....both were M70's....they ended up dumping the guns.

By the way.....17 REMINGTON ROCKS :\:D/

i cant see myself ever likeing the .17. its just to darn small. in my opinion if you wanna stay that small then get yourself a .204 ruger. havent shot one but i've been told there dandys.

p.s. 22-250 IS STILL MY CHOICE....to hell with the holes in the fur Thumbs up Thumbs up Thumbs up Thumbs up

Shot my deer with my Rem 700 22-250 this year. I would never shoot over 100 yards @ a deer with it, but I dropped a 4pt whitetail @ 80 yds w/ one shot.

I think the wsm's are a great contribution.
Are the Super shorts still being made. Winchester got a bit carried away with the wssm's.
