Is this a typical deer that you guys would harvest during the season

This deer was a big bodied deer but never had the antlers that he should have . Usually a deer this big would have a bigger set of antlers around this area but it has alot do to with what he has to eat thats for sure .

When I arrive home from work I will take pics of the deer that we usually harvest around here . I have quite a few sets that we call awwwwwwwww racks ,LOL,LOL ,,,you will too lol,lol

We hunt in Pike county illinois. They get pretty big there too!! You diffitly have some nice deer up there. I love the dark horns. Here's a good outfitters right by were we hunt. Take a look at his sight and big bucks. I believe the 2006 year was unreal in Pike. You would see great deer everywhere. Eaglelakesoutfitters.com

realy nice buck ,congradulation ,at least u took the time ,and took a real HUNTING picture of the buck that you harvested in a natural surounding .....instead of a pic with a deer in the back of a pic-up truck...
