2007 archery bear

Hey everybody, knew guy to the site, figured I'd show my bear from this year.
Around here its all spot and stalk hunting, and like showtimeBC said its pretty common to see 10+ bears a day.

Just shy of 6' nose to tail, skull green scored 19", approx 300 lbs live weight.

Not my first, but I've been running a dry spell for the last couple of years, kept holding out for a monster, I passed up 36 bears last spring holding out, and I wanted meat in the freezer so this one met the requirements.

Love spot and stalk, Big rush shooting something that could really mess you up at bow range. I had a 5' bear about 8 yards from me a couple of hours before I took this guy, defiantly a rush.

Sweet deal man, congrats. I'm still holding out for my first, well still need to see my first in the wild after 6 years of hunting them. It'll have to happen sooner or later I figure.
