1/1/06 Mulie problem

Welp Mulie hunting didn't turn out for me this year but I did smoke a neat little 5X5 whitetail. He was the smallest 5 point I have ever seen in my life....but the last day of season and probably the last chance of the day with hours to go. 300yd running shot........I surprised my self. He tumbled for a good 50yds. But thats not the problem at hand........I found a monster 2X2 mulie while out shed hunting this year. Some dunce shot and left him cause he was only a 2 point in a 3 point minium area here in Washington. He is 20" wide and 21" tall with 6 1/2" bases.

Oh ok that's what I thought I was just wondering if maybe the law was accusing you of commiting the act or somethin like that.

The problem has grown worse.....this weekend I was back in the same area where I found the big two point....and I found 3 more fresh deer kills....all bucjs with no antlers...one was quite obviously a poaching cause the deer had a small caliber bullet hole right to the left of it's right eye......I dont know any details of the ppl around the neighbor hood where I found these deer..but the game warden has a report now....I also found all three of the bucks with in 200 yds of where I found the 2point this Jaunuary...this is very sickening to me...I'm going to be in on this area like ASAP all the time till I find some more evidince...or till I scare these amatuer poachers out....

Sounds like if the game department can get some carcasses, some bullets, maybe some tire tracks, maybe shell casings, etc., start talking with landowners, ... could catch the people. Definitely sounds like a case they should be interested in. I would think the landowners would have some idea who comes and goes on their properties ... may even be able to provide vehicle descriptions.
